The Project - Web-based Employment Consultancy is developed in Active Server Pages and Oracle. The Users of

the project are the Job Seekers and Job Providers.

Web-Based Employment Consultancy - This system aims at reducing the work of Human Resource Dept. in the

organizations (where the employers have to select a candidate among large no. of applicants) by taking Online

Examination of the seekers. It also contains the procedure/process to be followed for various activities and 

the contact details of the person. 

The Process in brief - 

The Web-Based Employment consultancy contains a Home Page where all the applications are Hyper linked. The

applications that are hooked to the system are:

•           New User Registration

•           Job Seeker Login

•           Job Provider Login

•           Online Examination

•           E-learning

The Job Seeker Login, Job Provider Login and Examination modules accepts a user id and password to

enter into the system and then get the necessary data from the user and process it and retrieves the 

necessary information back to the user.
