OBJECTIVES:              To be an integral part of an organization where I can expose my professional experience, especially in the administration, inventory and secretarial areas.  

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( 1991 Till To date)

Presently working in a well known academic institution KING FAHD UNIVERSITY OF PETROLEUM & MINERALS,  (KFUPM), Dhahran -  Saudi Arabia 

 POSITION: Administrative Assistant/ Secretary  to Department Chairman

RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Provide pro-active secretarial duties and to facilitate day-to-day activities efficiently and effectively.

      Manage Chairmans diary and ensure all meetings and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.

      Create and maintain a filing system for office, in both soft and hard copy format.

      Manage all operational issues on behalf of  Chairman.  Updating  Data Logging.

      Forecasting

      Preparation busy schedule and  scheduling meeting times.

      Responsible for taking minutes of the meeting

      Ensures that confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained.

      Maintains 5  years students records and  eligibility list.

      Assist in conducting short courses.

POSITON   Confidential Secretary to Materials Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

      All administrative job for the materials department.  

      Provide secretarial and administrative assistance and support to the Executive Director.

      Coordinating activities of the materials manager between the factory manager and the production manager. 

      Organize and file business correspondence and material

      Organize and keep necessary data and visuals for key meetings

      Manage administrative activities related to processing of payments for department expenses or employee reimbursements

POSITION  Confidential Secretary to Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

      Preparation Sales Statistical Report

      Providing general administrative support to the sales team including updating diaries, filing, sales documentation preparation.

      Proof reading client sales documentation

      Prepare client presentations and graphics

      Logging client details into a customer relationship management system

      Keeping record of sales representatives

      Issuance credit letter to customer

      Receiving, sending and registering faxes as required.

      Following up on the legal documents received from other divisions and departments.

      Compose correspondence and prepare presentations

      Acquisition  of information  from accounting department to feed in the computer
