OBJECTIVES:              To be an integral part of an organization where I can expose my professional experience, especially in the administration, inventory and secretarial areas.  

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( 1991 – Till To date)

Presently working in a well known academic institution KING FAHD UNIVERSITY OF PETROLEUM & MINERALS,  (KFUPM), Dhahran -  Saudi Arabia 

 POSITION: Administrative Assistant/ Secretary  to Department Chairman

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø      Provide pro-active secretarial duties and to facilitate day-to-day activities efficiently and effectively.

Ø      Manage Chairman’s diary and ensure all meetings and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.

Ø      Create and maintain a filing system for office, in both soft and hard copy format.

Ø      Manage all operational issues on behalf of  Chairman.  Updating  Data Logging.

Ø      Forecasting

Ø      Preparation busy schedule and  scheduling meeting times.

Ø      Responsible for taking minutes of the meeting

Ø      Ensures that confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained.

Ø      Maintains 5  years students records and  eligibility list.

Ø      Assist in conducting short courses.

POSITON   Confidential Secretary to Materials Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø      All administrative job for the materials department.  

Ø      Provide secretarial and administrative assistance and support to the Executive Director.

Ø      Coordinating activities of the materials manager between the factory manager and the production manager. 

Ø      Organize and file business correspondence and material

Ø      Organize and keep necessary data and visuals for key meetings

Ø      Manage administrative activities related to processing of payments for department expenses or employee reimbursements

 

1983-1988 BERGER PAINTS PAKISTAN LTD. A UK BASED COMPANY

POSITION  Confidential Secretary to Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø      Preparation Sales Statistical Report

Ø      Providing general administrative support to the sales team including updating diaries, filing, sales documentation preparation.

Ø      Proof reading client sales documentation

Ø      Prepare client presentations and graphics

Ø      Logging client details into a customer relationship management system

Ø      Keeping record of sales representatives

Ø      Issuance credit letter to customer

Ø      Receiving, sending and registering faxes as required.

Ø      Following up on the legal documents received from other divisions and departments.

Ø      Compose correspondence and prepare presentations

 

 

1981-1983 (Computer Operator) SAUDI TECHNICAL SERVICES – JEDDAH

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø      Preparation data based information for the Safeway  Supermarket

Ø      Acquisition  of information  from accounting department to feed in the computer

Ø      Updating Personal Department Staffs record

Ø      Checking salary of the staffs

Ø      Other related work assigned by the Manager
