The Information Technology Center takes pride in announcing the Wireless Connectivity (WiFi) Service being deployed within the university campus. We would like to encourage all users having Wi-Fi facility equipped in their Laptops or PDAs to start utilizing this service and give your feedback . This KFUPM Wireless LAN service is to be available in all Academic and Administrative buildings .
To make this service secure, flexible, and efficient, certain measures have been implemented which require our Wi-Fi users to configure their laptops and PDAs as per the network requirements. These steps have been kept simple and straight forward. Please visit our webpage

enterprise-strength Online Help Desk service accessible through the web. The
system requires the use of your Internet account and password to submit and
track computing requests made to ITC. The new Help Desk can be accessed at
https://help.kfupm.edu.sa.
Please submit all your computing support requests to ITC using this service.
Alternatively, users may call extension 3900 to seek online help and
submit requests.
The new ITC Online Help Service is supported by the Unicenter ServicePlus
Service Desk from Computer Associates.
