KFUPM as Member of BI project ( Business intelligence ) as
Coordinators
my responsibilities include:-
a)
Represent the entire functional area for development, testing and
confirmation of reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards
and balanced scorecards
b)
Facilitate Systems Requirements Specification (SRS) work that
will be undertaken by the implementation vendor
c)
Test, verify and sign-off quality of data and reports, KPIs,
dashboards and balanced scorecards as per the SRS document
d)
Act as a data steward and develop/review data models, data
definition, data standards, and data access controls for his domain
e)
Has a broad-based understanding of business processes,
specifically the data, in his functional area for establishing
information requirements
f)
Possess capabilities to communicate effectively within the
functional and with the implementation team for timely completion of the
tasks with desired quality
g)
Report progress, on regular basis, to the concerned head of the
functional area(s) on the work that is planned and accomplished under
the BI project
Represent
my Dept. at KFUPM as Member of ERP project ( Enterprise
Resource Planning )

Business Process Owner and analyst (Leader) my responsibilities
include:-
Learn the functional and technical features of the ERP system
Review and recommend ERP system(s) suitable for the University.
Document business processes (AS - IS and To - BE ) process.
Configure the applications.
Validate system design and configuration.
Migrate data and test the system.
Prepare system documentation.
Conduct training of end-users.
Provide post-implementation support.
Since Jan 6, 2007
RAID business system is running live, I am working as application
Administrators which providing support for functional End User support
and Business Process support . ( Enterprise Asset Management )
module.

In addition to the
above, I am working as an IT Coordinator between Department’s IT
personnel and University’s Information Technology Center to solve the
network problem. Forecasting the requirement of new computers for
coming years. Also, provide information about many aspects of Windows
XP Operating system such as installation, connectivity, configuring and
troubleshooting user's desktop environments and trouble shooting
multiple boot or multi user's computers, and installing, configuring,
and troubleshooting hardware

After my assignment at
the Administrative Affairs Department as a Computer Programmer, I
developed necessary programs for the different sections of the
Administrative Affairs Department at KFUPM such as Car Section,
Photocopy Maintenance Section, Vehicle Maintenance Workshop, Long
Distance Telephone Call Facility Section etc. in accordance with their
departments’ requirement. |
