Hi, I am Bien Capones

A BS Management and Industrial Engineering graduate at the University of Manila, 1990.  I am currently working as member of the staffs here at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).  My sports are basketball and swimming, I am a sports writer and sports microphone jockey (preferably basketball).  I am fun and proud to be a member of some non-profit organization to help people with their health and well-being and to become successful.  I love to attend, host and a leader to conduct seminars and workshop.

I dream of making impact of new ideas that all of us will ever consider, as we rebuild and restore our nation and ourselves the values we fight and preserve, the examples we set with our lives, and the contributions we make to our communities to sustain the amusing spirit of our great nation, but my pragmatism holds me back.  However, my fingers never stay still.
